Brilliant web-site, though unable to run the 'tours' for some reason (probably due to our ancient computer)
We are looking to re-locate to the IoW with our three children. We have in mind a small, rural guest-house/B&B with 3/4 beds for us and (say) 4 letting rooms. Ideally, we would like an older property with a couple of acres of land, but a rural aspect is essential.
We will have available on the sale of our property approx £450K cash. We would put this up for sale immediately upon finding the right home with business prospects.
We will return to your web-site periodically over the next few months, but would invite you to e-mail us with details of anything that meets our requirements.

Excellent site, easy to use but I would like to see a way of narrowing the search area. If I'm looking for Ryde I don't want to scroll down through Cowes.

I spent two weeks on the Isle of Wight over Easter and was fascinated by a disused church that was (maybe still is) up for sale, location being travelling from Yaverland up to Brading Down (Yarbridge maybe?). I can't remember the exact location, but I do seem to remember your sign being outside. The church has the most marvellous views and can be seen from Yaverland, Sandown etc. Due to family commitments we are not in a position to move yet but is most definitely a consideration for the future. I would personally appreciate more photos of the properties you have for sale, as you will appreciate, being in Germany, we can't come and take a look! Kind regards.

Your site is really useful, and extremely easy to navigate. I'm not in a position to move at the present time, and obviously wouldn't want to visit an office to look at property details, because this wouldn't be a good use of time. However, I do like to keep up with what's available and market changes, and your site makes it very easy for me to do that when I've got a few minutes to spare.
