The properties are many and varied. Prices
range from £25 - £65 per person
per night based on full occupancy for the
8 nights of Cowes Week arriving on the Friday
evening, departing a week later on the Saturday.
Locations will range from 2minutes to 20
minutes walk or even a water taxi ride from
the marina entrance. Many of the properties
are family homes for the rest of the year
or are specific holiday homes, both types
offer many facilities and benefits.
The
property you book will be clean and well
presented. Linens and towels will be provided
but you are asked to bring towels for
use on boats.

The booking process is very straightforward,
any property will be secured on receipt
of a 25% deposit and £35 booking fee,
this is non-returnable. You will then be
invoiced for the balance and the 25% returnable
bond. No property booking is secured until
the deposit is received.
Before
entering the booking process please read
our terms anconditions carefully. Payment
can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer
and credit cards.
Please
let the rentals department know your contact
details and the number of people you wish
to accomodate and they will send you our
current list of properties.
